Farm crew positions are intended for applicants with a strong background in production agriculture, and who are seeking a professional role in a large scale farm business. These positions often entail a multiple-season contract. Successful candidates should demonstrate an aptitude for whole systems thinking, be comfortable with operating large equipment for extended periods of time, and be willing to learn the complexities of operating a large scale, organic, dryland cropping system on the Northern Great Plains of Montana.
